Private tours

After the reception of the contact form Paris à l’envers contacts the client by e-mail or phone to discuss with him about his expectations. Following this discussion the provider elaborates a proposal of program which is sent to the client within a maximum of 72 hours. After reading it the client will be able to ask the provider for some changes. Once the finalized program agreed the client must make 50 % of the payment by credit card (via paypal) or by bank transfer, the other 50 % will be paid on site.

As soon as payment is received Paris à l’envers sends to the customer a confirmation by e-mail.

Remark

Paris à l’envers makes no booking (hotel, restaurant, show…) and can not be held responsible for problems between the customer and one of the recommended adresses.

Guided tours

To reserve thanks to fill the booking form with the walk you choose. Paris à l’envers will send a confirmation e-mail to the client. The full payment can be done : directly on the tour or by credit card (via paypal) or bank transfer or check payable to : Nathalie Manceron – Paris à l’envers.

Companies

To ask for a service please send a message in the contact page of the website or call directly Paris à l’envers. Paris à l’envers call you back and send you a program and a quotation. When the company sign the quotation in acception the reservation is confirmed. The payment is by cash, paypal or bank transfer within the time stipulated by the purchasing department of the company

Cancellation

Private tours

Any request for a private tour canceled up to 14 days before the meeting of the provider and the customer will result in a full refund of the amount paid by the customer. In case of cancellation less than 14 days the provider will only refund 50% of the amount paid by the customer. In case of cancellation less than 72 hours before the tour no refund.
In case of cancellation from the provider, the client will be notified by e mail or phone and the payment will be refunded by bank transfer within 15 days.

Guided tours

A cancellation done up to 7 days before the guided tour reserved will result in a full refund of the amount paid by the customer. In case of cancellation less than 7 days the provider will only refund 50% of the amount paid by the customer. In case of cancellation 48 hours before the tour no refund.
If a tour had to be canceled by the provider (weather, disease…), the client will be notified by e mail or phone and the payment will be refunded by bank transfer within 15 days.

Companies

A cancellation done up to 7 days before the reservation date will not charge by Paris à l’envers. In case of cancellation less than 7 days Paris à l’envers will charge the company  50% of the amount of the quotation.
If a reservation had to be canceled by the provider (weather, disease…), the client will be notified by e mail or phone and the payment will be refunded by bank transfer within 15 days.

Responsibility

The participants of the Personalized Advice of Stays and the Guided Tours are on their own responsibility. The provider Paris à l’envers can not be held responsible in case of accident, theft, loss or degradation of personal items.

Intellectual property

The contents (texts, photos, drawings…) are the exclusive property of Paris à l’envers or third parties having authorized Paris à l’envers to use them. Reproduction is strictly prohibited.
